Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what information the StackLM website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written for visitors in Nigeria and follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). It is not legal advice.
Who we are
This website is operated by StackLM (“we”, “us”), a digital services agency based in Abuja, Nigeria. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@stacklm.com.ng or on WhatsApp at +234 706 255 3545.
What this website collects
Contact form. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional business name, selected service and the message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal you asked for. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box.
Submissions are stored in this website’s database as private records and forwarded by email to contact@stacklm.com.ng. Enquiries are never published on the website and are never sold.
WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation on your device; we receive your phone number and the messages you send, and we use them only to handle your enquiry.
Cookies. The public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets authentication cookies only for staff who log in to manage the site.
Server logs. Like almost every website, the hosting provider records basic technical logs (IP address, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and available. These logs are not used to profile visitors.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.
- We do not publish anything you submit.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
How long we keep information
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and refer to past conversations. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights under the NDPA
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email contact@stacklm.com.ng and we will act within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you believe your data was mishandled.
Third-party services
The website is hosted on infrastructure that may process data outside Nigeria strictly to deliver the pages you request. If analytics, advertising or email-delivery services are added later, this policy will be updated to list them.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
