Who we are
StackLM is a digital services agency based in Abuja, Nigeria. We provide website design and development, AI automation, Google Ads management, Google Business Profile optimisation, lead-generation systems, workflow automation and social media management.
Using this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not a binding offer. Descriptions of what technology can do are typical outcomes for our clients, not guarantees of results for your business, because results depend on your market, budget and participation.
Working with us
Every project is governed by a written proposal or agreement that states the scope, timeline and price. That document supersedes anything on this website. Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- Work starts after the proposal is signed and the agreed advance payment is received.
- Fees are quoted in Nigerian naira or United States dollars as stated.
- You supply the business information, access and feedback we need on time; delays on your side move the timeline.
- Two rounds of revision are included per deliverable unless the proposal says more.
Ownership
When a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we produced for you (design, code and copy created for your project). StackLM keeps the right to reuse general techniques, internal tools and anonymised portfolio examples unless you ask us in writing not to show your work.
Intellectual property of others
You confirm that text, images and other materials you give us for your project do not infringe anyone’s rights. We will tell you if we believe something you supplied may be problematic, and we can decline to publish it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, StackLM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profits or lost leads) arising from the use of this website or of our services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services (hosting, Google Ads, WhatsApp, email providers). Those services have their own terms and prices, which can change; we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes, but we will help you respond to them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed in good-faith discussion; if that fails, the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
